Configuration Help

  1. Open Microsoft Teams and navigate to the channel where you want to receive alerts
  2. Click on the three dots (...) next to the channel name
  3. Select "Connectors" from the dropdown menu
  4. Find "Incoming Webhook" and click "Configure"
  5. Give your webhook a name (e.g., "App Monitor Alerts")
  6. Optionally upload an image for the webhook
  7. Click "Create" and copy the webhook URL
  8. Paste the URL into the webhook field above

  • Hourly Reports: Sent every hour on the hour with application status summary
  • Daily Reports: Sent at 23:59 every day with full day statistics
  • Weekly Reports: Sent every Friday at 17:00 with week summary
  • Failure Alerts: Sent immediately when any application fails a health check
Note: Make sure your monitoring service is running as a scheduled task or cron job for alerts to be sent automatically.
